  • “it looked different in my head” situations

Damaged / Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:
  • damaged
  • misprinted
  • defective
  • or suspiciously not what you ordered
email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
  • your order number
  • clear photos/videos of the issue unpacking
If approved, we’ll replace the item or issue a refund depending on the situation and available stock.

  • weather
  • unfortunate timing
Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.

Additional Notes

Because every item is made-to-order, we do not maintain excess inventory for avoidable decision-making.
